What is WristSet?

WristSet is a gym workout and nutrition logger built for Apple Watch and iPhone. Plan your routines, record every set from your wrist, track meals and macros, and see your progress in one place.

Which devices are supported?

WristSet runs on iPhone (iOS 26 or later) and Apple Watch (watchOS 26 or later). The Apple Watch app lets you log a full workout without your phone.

How do I log a workout from my Apple Watch?

Open WristSet on your Apple Watch, choose a plan or start a quick workout, and log each set right on the watch. Your sets sync to iPhone automatically.

How does syncing between Apple Watch and iPhone work?

Your phone and watch stay in sync over the standard Apple Watch connection. Changes on one device appear on the other, and completed workouts are saved to your account.

Is my data private? Where is it stored?

Your workouts are stored in your private account and synced to your devices. Health metrics come from Apple Health with your permission and are never sold or shared. See our Privacy Policy.

Does WristSet use Apple Health?

With your permission, WristSet reads heart rate, active energy, workouts, and body weight, and writes your workouts and logged nutrition (calories and macros) so everything stays in Apple Health. You can change this anytime in the Health app.

What does Premium include and how much is it?

WristSet is free to use. Premium removes ads and unlocks extras such as editing past workouts and extended (multi-week) analytics, via an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) with a 7-day free trial (one trial per Apple ID).

How does meal and calorie logging work?

Log meals by taking a photo, typing a description, scanning a packaged-food barcode, or entering them manually. AI can estimate food, portions, and macros; on supported iPhones, LiDAR guidance can improve portion estimates. AI meal analysis requires linking your guest account with Apple or Google. WristSet tracks calories and macros against daily targets and shows your calorie balance versus the energy you burn. Meal photos and descriptions submitted for AI analysis are sent to a third-party AI service and used only to return your result — see our Privacy Policy.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. On iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select WristSet, then change or cancel. You can also manage it at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

How does AI plan import work, and what is sent?

You can import a workout plan from a photo or text after linking your guest account with Apple or Google. The image or text you choose is sent securely to our server to extract the exercises and build a structured plan. It is used only to create your plan.

How do I export or share a workout plan?

Open a plan and use the share option to send a link. Anyone who opens the link with WristSet installed can import the plan.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app, go to Settings and choose to delete your account. This permanently removes your account and associated data. You can also send us a message and we'll help.

How do I change the app language, units, or theme?

Open Settings in the app to switch language, weight units (kg/lb), the rest timer, and appearance (light, dark, or system).
